Your Path Forward

You've come a long way - from the shock, through the grief and the rage, into reclaiming yourself and your choices. This capstone gathers it up: how far you've come, what's helped, and where you're headed. Healing after betrayal isn't a finish line you cross; it's a path you keep walking, becoming more and more yourself along the way.

Look back at where you started: You are not in the same place you were in those first unbearable days - and that's your doing. That progress is real, even on the days it doesn't feel like enough.

Keep walking - and let people walk with you: You survived something that nearly broke you, and you're still here, growing into yourself. The path forward is yours, at your pace, your terms. You don't have to walk it perfectly, and you don't have to walk it alone.
