Your New Path: Putting It All Together
You've covered a lot of ground - understanding the behavior, breaking the cycle, healing roots, building a new life and new connections. This capstone pulls it together into something you can carry forward. Recovery isn't a course you finish; it's a path you keep walking. This worksheet helps you take stock of how far you've come and name what walking it forward looks like.
Recovery is a practice, not a graduation: There's no finish line where you're 'cured' and done. There's a path, and a person who keeps choosing it. The tools you've gathered are yours now - this is about carrying them forward on purpose.

The path is yours now: You don't have to walk it perfectly - you just have to keep walking it. You've already proven you can do the hard part: start, and keep going. Whatever comes next, you're not the same person who began this, and you're not doing it alone.
