Reclaiming Who You Are

Betrayal - especially when there was lying, gaslighting, or being made to doubt yourself - can quietly erode your trust in your own perceptions, your confidence, your voice. Reclaiming who you are means trusting your gut again, taking your power back, and remembering the person underneath the hurt. You were probably right more often than you were allowed to believe.

The deception made you doubt yourself - rebuilding self-trust is part of healing: If you were told you were imagining things, no wonder you second-guess your own mind. Your instincts weren't the problem. Getting them back is part of coming home to yourself.
